Forget the confusion.

Short answers for a calm study app — sign-in, reviews, Drops, sync, Aura, and billing. If you’re still stuck, a real person reads contact@ripplelabs.in.

Getting started

One quiet minute a day. Here’s how the pieces fit.

How do I sign in?

Use a magic link (we email you a sign-in link) or continue with Google. On supported devices you may also see Apple sign-in. Open the link on the same device where you installed Recall. If the link expires, request a new one from the sign-in screen.

What is a bucket, a node, and a stack?

Buckets are subjects (Biology, Spanish, Interview prep). Nodes are the cards or notes inside a bucket. A stack is today’s short review set — what Recall asks you to revisit now, based on spaced repetition.

How does spaced repetition work here?

After each card, you rate how it felt (Again / Hard / Good / Easy). Cards you struggle with return sooner; cards you know well space out. Over time, that flattens the forgetting curve — without cramming the night before.

Where should I begin on day one?

Create a bucket for one subject you care about. Add a few cards (or let Aura draft them from notes). When Today shows cards due, start a review. Small and consistent beats huge and abandoned.

Still stuck?

Send device model, OS version, and roughly when it happened. We read every note.
