Short answers for a calm study app — sign-in, reviews, Drops, sync, Aura, and billing. If you’re still stuck, a real person reads contact@ripplelabs.in.
One quiet minute a day. Here’s how the pieces fit.
Use a magic link (we email you a sign-in link) or continue with Google. On supported devices you may also see Apple sign-in. Open the link on the same device where you installed Recall. If the link expires, request a new one from the sign-in screen.
Buckets are subjects (Biology, Spanish, Interview prep). Nodes are the cards or notes inside a bucket. A stack is today’s short review set — what Recall asks you to revisit now, based on spaced repetition.
After each card, you rate how it felt (Again / Hard / Good / Easy). Cards you struggle with return sooner; cards you know well space out. Over time, that flattens the forgetting curve — without cramming the night before.
Create a bucket for one subject you care about. Add a few cards (or let Aura draft them from notes). When Today shows cards due, start a review. Small and consistent beats huge and abandoned.
The heat ring is a glance, not a guilt meter.
No. It means nothing is scheduled right now. Add new material, or wait for the next due window. “All caught up” is a feature, not a failure.
They tell the scheduler how stable the memory felt. Again brings it back soon. Easy pushes it further out. Be honest — the algorithm only works if the ratings match reality.
Check three things: (1) OS notification permission is on, (2) Recall Drop / push is enabled in Settings, (3) you’re outside Quiet hours. Also confirm you have cards that can become due. Still silent? Email us with your device and OS version.
Free includes the full engine with honest limits — including monthly review stacks — so the product stays calm and sustainable. Premium unlocks unlimited stacks. You’ll see the remaining stacks on Today when you’re on free.
Review on the train. Sync when you’re back online.
Yes. Cached cards and a queued review flow keep you moving offline. When you reconnect, pending reviews sync. For grades, entitlements, and scheduling truth, the server wins if there’s a conflict.
That’s intentional. Recall never auto-refreshes mid-interaction and knocks you out of a review. When you’re ready, tap the nudge to load newer server data.
Sign in on the new device and give sync a moment. If a screen still looks stale, pull to refresh or use the updates nudge. Export from Settings if you want a local backup zip.
Notes in. Cards out. Always review what Aura drafts.
Aura turns notes into revision cards, helps with summaries and chat over your material, and can power quiz generation on eligible plans. Free includes a monthly quota; Premium raises limits. AI can be wrong — edit before you trust a card.
Check your network, try again in a minute, and confirm you haven’t hit the free monthly quota. If Premium features are locked, upgrade or wait for the next cycle. Never paste passwords or confidential IDs into AI prompts.
We don’t use your study content to train our own foundation models. Aura sends what’s needed for the feature to AI processors. Details live in our Privacy Policy.
Your data, your exits — export or delete anytime.
Open Settings and use Export. You’ll get a downloadable archive of your core study data. Links expire after a short window for safety — download promptly.
Settings → Delete account. This is permanent: server data is purged and the on-device cache is cleared. Cancel any store subscription separately in Google Play or the App Store so renewals stop.
Sign-in is tied to your magic-link email or Google/Apple identity. For account merges or email changes, write contact@ripplelabs.in from the address on the account and tell us what you need.
Free to start. Premium when you want the ceiling lifted.
Free: full spaced-repetition engine, up to 2 buckets, monthly review stack limits, and limited AI. Premium: unlimited buckets and stacks, quiz, fuller insights, and higher AI limits. No ads either way.
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store. Manage or cancel in that store’s subscription settings. Refunds follow the store’s policies.
Open the paywall or Settings and use Restore purchases. Wait a minute online. Still locked? Email contact@ripplelabs.in with your store order ID and the email on your Recall account.
Send device model, OS version, and roughly when it happened. We read every note.
